I Carmen, was born in Colombia, and now am residing in London, Ontario. I worked for 20 years as a lawyer, specializing in Family and Commercial Law, providing me with an extensive understanding of legal matters. My dedication and great success endeared me to many clients in Colombia. I feel most fortunate that I can continue adding value to others, with some of their most important transactions in their lives, here in Canada.
I enjoy working in Real Estate mostly because I able to use all the skills I acquired as a lawyer, advising clients on how to grow their real estate assets.
I am fluent in both Spanish and English, adding a Latin flair to your Real Estate buying and selling experience. I have always, and still continued to work for many non-profit, charitable organizations.
Since my early years in London, I have followed my passion to work with and for people; working in Real Estate with my husband, Michael McClemont.
I am focused on residential, selling, buying, relocated, downsize, houses, upsize homes, renovations, condominiums, cohousing, investment.
